Modul OTS (Off The Shelf) adalah sebuah module Elearning yang sudah jadi dan perusahaan hanya menggunakannya saja. Cocok bagi perusahaan Anda yang sudah memiliki LMS dan ingin mengisinya dengan materi pembelajaran yang cukup banyak untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

 

 

PENGERTIAN ELEARNING

Seiring berjalanya waktu, kami sudah tidak menyediakan Modul OTS yang sudah jadi, karena ada beberapa kekurangan dari modul OTS yang sudah jadi ini, antara lain:

Ada sebagian dari isi modul yang tidak sesuai dengan perusahaan yang membeli modul OTS ini, sehingga materi di dalamnya tidak bisa maksimal diterapkan oleh para karyawan.

Bentuk Module masih dalam format Flash (swf) dimana tahun 2021 ini sudah tidak di dukung lagi oleh browser manapun.

Anda hanya bisa mengganti covernya saja untuk identitas perusahaan, sehingga brand perusahaan tidak bisa diletakkan di dalam module, seperti ilustrasi karakter dengan seragam perusahaan, background dengan suasana perusahaan, dan teks di dalamnya.

 Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, maka di tahun 2021 PT. BusinessFirst International mengeluarkan Modul OTS dengan tampilan yang berbeda dan kami beri nama OTS Plus.

OTS Plus

Apa itu Module Off The Shelf (OTS) Plus? OTS Plus adalah sebuah module Elearning dimana materinya berasal dari tim trainer kami. Module tersebut belum dibuat dalam bentuk modul elearning yang sudah siap pakai, tetapi kita akan berdiskusi terlebih dahulu antara trainer dengan klien perihal materi yang ingin dibuat agar nantinya modul elearning OTS Plus ini bisa sesuai dengan keadaan perusahaan Anda.

Proses Pembuatan OTS Plus

  1. Trainer akan meeting dengan klien untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dari perusahaan;
  2. Setelah mendapatkan informasi dari kebutuhan klien, maka materi akan dibuat dalam bentuk storyboard;
  3. Storyboard akan dikirimkan ke klien untuk dicek isinya apakah sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan;
  4. Jika sudah benar, maka akan lanjut ke proses desain layout dan voice over;
  5. Module OTS siap di upload ke LMS;
  6. Setelah dipelajari oleh user dan ada materi yang tidak paham, maka akan diberi kesempatan tatap muka secara online dengan trainer (blended learning) untuk menanyakan materi yang belum dimengerti.

  • COMMUNICATION FUNDAMENTAL

  • TRAIN THE TRAINER

Comprehensive training to become a trainer based on ADDIE Model. Started from establishing learning objectives according to your class condition, create materials and learning aids, delivering the materials and up to determine the correct evaluation tools.

  • NEGOTIATION SKILLS

Improve negotiation skills by exercising mock-up and participants real BATNA cases, this programs enrich with video observation of negotiation tactics. Ended with final pair role play of participants negotiation.

  • ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION
